FOR WEEKLY RENT:
INCLUSIVE: Cleaning service (bathroom and cooking corner inclusive), wireless internet connection.
NON INCLUSIVE: - Gas fired central hitting is charged upon gas consumption. Each apartment is equipped with gas meter located at ground floor communal area. On check in guests will be informed of gas unitary charges. - A 50 euros one-off fixed charge against utility bills is applicable per apartment, and is payable on arrival. - A 140 euros one-off fixed charge against utility bills is applicable for the whole guest house and is payable on arrival. - A fixed deposit of 100 euros is applicable and payable on arrival.
